At Athletic Club Flower Shop, we specialize in same-day flower delivery throughout Los Angeles. Every arrangement is designed and delivered by our in-house floral team to ensure quality, timing, and accountability from start to finish.
Delivery Hours & Time Requests
Standard deliveries are completed between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We will always try to accommodate time-of-day requests, but specific delivery times are not guaranteed.
If you require a tighter delivery window, you must call the shop before ordering to confirm availability. Placing a note at checkout does not guarantee timing.
Recipient & Address Accuracy Requirements
The sender is fully responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
For businesses, offices, hospitals, and schools:
- Business name
- Full street address
- Suite, floor, or unit number
- Recipient phone number
For apartments, condos, and gated properties:
- Apartment or unit number required
- Recipient phone number is required
- We only call if the driver cannot access the property
Missing or incorrect information will delay delivery and may result in additional fees.
Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery Fees
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a delivery attempt is made:
- The order is considered attempted and fulfilled
- A redelivery fee will apply
- Wrong addresses are not grounds for refunds
We build routes based on the exact information provided at checkout. Once a driver is dispatched, costs are incurred.
Recipient Availability & Safe Drop-Off
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The arrangement may be left with:
- A receptionist
- Front desk
- Neighbor
- Secure drop location when appropriate
If no safe option exists, redelivery will require a new delivery fee.
Once an order is marked delivered, Athletic Club Flower Shop is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, or handling by third parties.
Delivery Confirmation
All deliveries are considered complete when:
- Delivered to the specified address
- Released to a front desk, receptionist, or secure location
Photo documentation may be captured for internal verification.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day flower delivery is available for select Los Angeles areas when the order is placed before our daily cutoff time. Availability varies by distance, order size, and driver load. Same-day delivery is never guaranteed without phone confirmation.
Weather, Traffic & Uncontrollable Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Traffic
- Accidents
- Road closures
- Acts of God
These do not qualify for refunds.
Peak Holiday Delivery Policy
On high-volume days including:
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Major floral holidays
Timed deliveries are not guaranteed under any circumstances. These dates operate under all-day delivery routing.
Refused Deliveries
If a recipient refuses delivery:
- The order is considered fulfilled
- No refund will be issued
- Any redelivery requires a new delivery fee
